what others think…….

Ever so often their is a speaker, concept or even perspective which just jumps out at you. I find that  Jonathan Zittrain’s outlook full of positives and reminds us in many ways the exceptional players and community who inhabit the web….this clip exploring the collaborative spirit of the web.

Blogs, blogs, blogs
Many of us are busy, and finding time to reflect and muse about our day, as Education Technology facilitators or Leaders, can be full of unique moments. Just finding the time, discipline and space often makes the whole process a challenge. This month I thought it would be great to feature some blogs by International School Educators who are IT Specialists, Coordinators and/or Directors , and give you a chance to read their own reflections… I am sure there are many more out there, so if you do keep a blog reflecting on the world of IT Specialists, Coordinators and Directors in International Schools,  forward your blog link to me, and I will make sure to feature it on next month issue For those of us who still have not tried or just cannot find the time hopefully these blogs will be a new motivation for your own reflections and musing.

Must views!

Two outstanding online resources on the Digital Age you might like to consider :

  1. Frontlines: Digital Nation
  2. BBC Virtual Revolution

Both in very different ways explore the current state of the Digital World, its impact, the changes, and how we as individuals are coming to grips with a very different world from 5 years ago. There are excellent teacher resources and links associated with each.
